Dornan are currently recruiting for an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Administrator to work on a large Data Centre project in Belgium.

Dornan are a leading Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation contractor with projects in Ireland, Europe, and the UK. Dornan are involved in projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Power, Waste to Energy, Commercial, Data Centre and Petrochemical.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Build and control EHS administration and reports for the project
  • Assist with project EHS reporting requirements
  • Assisting with inspection scheduling and coordination of the on-site EHS team.
  • Liaise with client and Dornan subcontractors document control to manage the status of review of EHS requirement
  • Good document practice and technical review of all EHS  project deliverable requirements are being met.
  • Support EHS department with processes overall
  • Track the flow of all EHS  documentation and project deliverables.
  • Daily Updating of EHS trackers and registers.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Previous experience within construction safety.
  • Preparation of reports and memorandums.
  • IT literate - particularly  with MS Office suite.
  • Excellent administration skills
