Dornan are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Compliance Administrator to work in our London Office.
Dornan are a leading Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation contractor with projects in Ireland, Mainland Europe, the Nordics and the UK.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Deliver solutions to improve quality and increase compliance within the supply chain
- Provide guidance to the supply chain and internal project teams on legislation relating to compliance in the areas of Finance, HR, Procurement and Health & Safety
- Ensuring that the supply chain have the relevant documents for each of their employees working on Dornan sites including not limited to right to work in the relevant country, qualification validation, training etc
- Develop effective governance and compliance processes and procedures
- Ensure risk management is embedded into all procurement processes
- Develop mechanisms to identify, analyse, prioritise, mitigate and record risks
- Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes
- Be the conduit between Dornan in driving compliance with preferred sub-contractors
- Establish the legitimacy of new vendors, having oversight of the vendor onboarding process and ensuring compliance with all policy, legal and regulatory requirements
- Create, Manage and Maintain an effective contract register and repository
- Identify compliance issues that require addressing
- Drive transformative solutions leading to procurement excellence and implement change management where appropriate.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience working with supply chain and sub contracting businesses
- Demonstratable Contract Management skills
- Experience developing or improving policies and processes
- Understanding of Supplier Relationship Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of supplier/customer performance measurement
- Strong influencing and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build sustainable and productive relationships with supply chain and key stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
